November and December Update

Last update was end of October, and for that I apologize. November was quite busy with end-of-year work. December (and part of January) I had a death in the family that I was responsible for taking care of all the necessities. Now I’m getting back to normal, so let me recap where things left off and what’s next.

The most recent update last week the EZA for transformations were fixed as well as many animation bugs for SA’s.

In December, I left off with events. Here is a list of features that events require to be shown on site (crossed out is complete):

Update server to understand event game packets
Process events into a format that can be saved on the server
Keep track of which events have already been completed
Complete events slowly over time, as stamina on the account permits
Website page to display all event previews (with search)
Event page that displays event data, boss info, statistics, and map.

November I spent mostly on infrastructure. I switched advertising providers (so I wasn’t losing money by keeping the site up), and that really helped even when I wasn’t able to work on things the last couple of months.

I don’t currently have an ETA on events being released, as I don’t have a consistent schedule. However the major work in getting the game packets to be saved has been completed.

After that, the most pressing update is supporting the new Charge Skills, Finisher Skills, and Standby Skills before 8th anniversary gets underway.
