Jabur, A suggestion: Use 3d builder (built into Win10) and make a 40mmx40mmx1mm thick "block" that you then save as a .stl You can then import it into Chitubox to use as a reference to make things fit.

These are going to depend on the base you'll be using. For a 60mm Round Base, keep it at 100% scale. For a 40x40 Square Base, reduce to 90%.
