How did this Ayla End Up in Our Fragment

In the early episodes, Everyone was bent on obtaining the Sugar Device for this very purpose. Vanessa's rise to the top of Black Faction was because she did in fact secure it. The Ayla of the actual fragment was a holder but it drifted from her.
So how and why did she end up here? She was lured, her fragment had no ongoing conflict over Neon Dark. The events that have taken place after the event never happened, The Mistress and Caterina collaborated for the extraction of the Element. This fragment is where key individuals who have been expended in the course of the series can be brought into this fragment once again. Like an interdimensional clone, a different person but the same.
But why? Well mulitple Aylas are dangerous.
She did say she followed a "Blue Robot Thing" I wonder who that could be?
