Random Tuning Override Uploads

- FalseHope_NoAutoMakeFunOfAdults: Turns off the autonomy of the child interaction "Make Fun Of Adults". Saw this as a suggestion on Beichen's comment section but they are on hiatus. I liked the idea so I made it myself.
- FalseHope_VampireToVampireFeeding: Made this a while ago for storytelling. Those who have read my Oliver stories will understand. This is something you can find within Zero's vampire mods but I didn't want the chance of death. This also means there is no moodlet for it as well. I can however look into it if this is something people want. However, for my own use, a Moodlet makes no sense outside a flirty one. [Yes, I am aware that logically this is cannibalism. However, if you have read my stories you'll know I don't use this as feeding but love bites as a vampire to vampire feeding would be 100% deadly based on my lore. Blame Game Limitations.] Will conflict with FalseHope_LoveBites_Vampires
- FalseHope_NoGoFishing: I noticed Oliver had become obsessed with going fishing if he left his lot parameters. I am unsure it is related to a NAP - probably - but I had to stop it. This disables all autonomous fishing.
