No Bad Environment Moodlets

- Poorly Decorated
- Dismally Decorated
- Atrociously Decorated

November 10, 2020: Patch Today made this "fix" obsolete. Yay? Leaving the file attached for the time being just in case anyone still notices it.
"Sims no longer get “Poorly Decorated” and “Dismally Decorated” Moodlets when decorations are in the room. This applies to new Saves as it is not retroactive, but, my, how judgemental Lots were…."
