Yes Kick-Ass was a comic book first by Mark Millar, but I’m pretty sure the movie came out before the first run was finished. Mark Millar, the writer is pretty hit or miss and honestly… the movie is better than the source material. The Sequel is just okay, but Jim Carrey gives a fantastic performance in it.
