The bad news is I decided I had to punt on the 1/3 caster. Been struggling a lot with the flavor of that build and ensuring it's something that's not too narrow, and doesn't clash with Wizards. My two leading ideas were a "Seer" and an "Enchanter" but both clash pretty hard in naming space with Wizards, and I haven't nailed down exactly what I want.
I may discard both for the time being more of a front line defensive abjurant take (this is probably what I will do, but need to flesh out what I am doing) as I want an Int melee take for them I think. Not settled for sure though, that'll be 1.3 it looks like.
I did end up nailing down what I wanted with Chieftain though, so I decided to skip to that (as it was going to be next anyway). I think I will be fine tuning as it gets some early number crunching and playtesting before I post it to Reddit and what not probably Monday.
Lot more ribbons and social skills added this time around, which will probably help the class identity as well as make it just more well rounded.
