Rogue - Surgeon

I did not expect the Surgeon Rogue to win. It was one of the first subclass I wrote, part of the very first minicompendium I put out - the first thing I published after Artificer, and while everything else in that has been picked up and carried forward into something new... this one never really went anyway.
Until now!
This is the same idea at work, but has been reworked and buffed quite a bit. It still features the same core principle: lots of tools to help the companions recover, and plenty of tools to weaponize their expert knowledge toward the dissection of their foes.

For that world I have aligned some of my favorite homebrew classes/subclasses to each major country, and this fits perfectly into the theme of one of my countries. Looking forward to having this option availble.
