What should the next Psion update be?
Added 2020-01-31 18:45:07 +0000 UTCWith the 1.2.2, the Psion is ready to head for 1.3 which will be either a new subclass, or a new Discipline. Vote for what you want to see!
Short Description of Options:
- Clairsentence, powers that let you see the past, present, but mostly the future.
- Metamorph. Some may note that I removed all the morphing and such from Enhancement; I could bring back a discipline for that (sort of like splitting telekinesis and kinetics, I think that makes sense to have as different disciplines; people that want both can still take both, but you don't end up with absurd power lists).
- Nomad (probably styled as Nomadic Mind or something). A subclass for Transposition; tricky to make that work as your only power early on; probably more focused on attacks.
- New subclass TBD using Psychokinetics. This has been asked for a few times; I don't quite know what I'd do with it yet as Unleashed fits pretty well for a blaster type Psion, but I'll find something. Something Wu Jen like maybe, but i probably wouldn't use that name.
- Lurker Rogue is on the list of things to do. Stab them in the back, stab them in the brain. Sneaky sneaky stabby stabby. Would be akin to the Psychic Warrior.
- Battlemind Warlord: A Warlord that coordinates people with their mind makes sense. Not sure if I will call it Battlemind (as that's not quite what a Battlemind was) or something else, that might fit though.
- A Wizard that gets access to the Psionic school spells; this would probably come with 3-4 new Psion school spells that'd be included in the Psion in various places.
