What happens when a Fighter spends half as much time thinking about how to optimally make stabbing devices as how to optimally stab people? The Tech Knight. A "1/2 Artificer" Fighter subclass that specializes more into the various weapons of intervention, with simplified gadgets to round out their arsenal, and an optional integration to my Artificer.
Some of the weapons will be familiar as modified version of the Gadgetsmith weapons, but most of them are brand new for this iteration of the Fighter. More tightly focused than the Artificer, but more customization than the run of the mill Fighter, it strives to be the 1/2 Artificer in all regards :)
It's pretty focused on the Gadgetsmith take of Artificer, as I think that makes the most sense - I toyed with some upgrades around armor, but the line between Warsmith and Fighter is already too thin to get much mileage of that.
