Blood Hunter - Order of the Hunger

Based on a patreon request, I take a stab in unfamiliar new territory - a Blood Hunter class.

Design Notes:

The request was more to draw from the primal blood hunter aspect of vampire, than the sauve charmy kind of vampire; I feel that fits with the Blood Hunter's gritty take anyway.
I wanted to keep and emphasize the Blood Hunter take damage to deal damage style mechanics. It's not my usual design, but I wanted this to feel like a Blood Hunter subclass.
I wanted the regeneration ability to be powerful, but not necessarily absuable/infinite life. That's always going to be a tricky one. I want to keep it pretty limited; you can regenerate damage you just took, but it's not going to keep you topped off.
Plenty of stuff from Vampires to draw on here. I wanted a little bite to the weakness while still keeping it playable.

This is the first time I've made a Blood Hunter subclass, so it might take some more tweaks before it's 100%. I have had Blood Hunters in my game, but not for awhile and those were the last version of it, not the most recent (for which this is made).
