Abducted! A one-shot that'll take your players on a wild ride.

So... this is something a little different. I don't run that many one-shots, as I mostly either run campaigns or playtests, but awhile ago I ran one shot for my players where they were abducted by a spaceship as specimens and had to shoot their way off with laser guns.

That may sound ridiculous, and it definitely is. My philosophy with one-shots is generally that they are a chance to do something I wouldn't ever want to do in a normal campaign

It was never my intention to turn that into published thing, but the players quite enjoyed. I ended up mentioning this in an interview I did awhile back and consequently quite a few people reached out to me that they wanted to play it.

I am not an adventure writer, but I also am not one to decline the will of the people, so I wrote up more or less what I ran, and one of my players was even kind enough to get a Battle Map commissioned for it (they had to play with my crude hand drawn maps!)

I want to make one point clear though... this is not a balanced or normal adventure, and was never intended to. My players survived it, but it can easily go toward a TPK in some places, and the weapons are so OP to completely override class choices and heavily warp how combat works. It's a very silly thing!

The full res battle map will be posted separately under the $1 tier as a little bonus thing I guess.

So, here it is. It's probably a ways from perfect, but I did what I could :)

This will, probably, not become a regular thing, but hopefully some people get a kick out of it, or serves as the basis or inspiration for something fun.
