Crafting 0.3.2 - Wand Whittling, Variants, and Updates

There's a fair bit new here; the biggest edition is a further expansion of Enchanting, and a whole new branch... Wand Whittling, using Woodworking Tools to carve magic wands :)

Wands did end up taking a second pass - originally I'd planned for them to be fully modular (like the Lesser Wands are) but the more I dug into wands the more I realized that didn't fit, and it would limit their extensibility.

There are probably a few wands folks would hope to see here that aren't included, but I'll note that this is an OGL doc, so cannot include things aren't in the SRD (like XGE items). But I will make up for it in a future pass by adding a few more interesting things of my own creation :)

With Scroll Scribing fleshed out, this covers the major branches of Enchanting.

Minor tweaks to blacksmithing (fixing so issues with Mastercraft armor, etc).

I'll aim to update Cooking and start on Tinkering and Jewel Crafting tomorrow, though I may take a break to work try to get the Runesmith out the door with an Artificer update as there are some folks that have been patiently waiting on that a long time.

General Updates:

The Kickstarter draws closer... I have a cover. It's a secret, but... just between you and me... something a little like this? Lot to finalize on that front, so this is just a sneak peak I am irresponsibly putting out :D
Runesmith has completed another round of testing... Artificer is a tricky one to update because it's almost as vast as crafting. I do plan to update all of my classes fairly soon though.
Crafting will remain the biggest focus of new content for now, really want to have a system that's fairly fleshed out by the time the kickstarter goes live so folks have an idea of what I'm thinking about even if there's tons of testing and fine tuning that'll happen of the next few months.

Well, hopefully see you tomorrow with another update, and probably a reddit post... we do have a lot more variant features to work on, or perhaps it'll be a sharing another branch of crafting over there.
