Runesmith (Artificer subclass) v4, playtest version

So I have good news and bad news; Runesmith is still going to go through a bit more playtesting with some new tweaks (that's the bad news), but the good news is I'm going to open this one up for everyone on patreon, as many folks have wanted to get in.

For those that haven't seen it for awhile, there's quite a bit restructuring; as for the original goal of simplifying it, I think it's possible I may just have to concede defeat on that front, but I think this version is... more organized, or at least more approachable to how you use the runes - less jargon and special cases, and various stacking effects have been removed, making the system less optimization intensive over the versions.

Still plenty of there to fiddle with. With the glyphs fully converted to spells, perhaps after some more polish they'll expand to some other classes, but they are somewhat overweighted intentionally - remember, you have to spend an upgrade to get them, so they will probably stay a Runesmith thing

As always, feel free to let me know any thoughts or feedback - in particular, I'm always interested in what people want to play, and if they can play it with any given version.

No, lightning should do lightning damage; we'll still see that ability changed a little bit more before release I think, it was a placeholder, but too much of a placeholder :D Fixed to Lightning damage.

Hey, just want to confirm if both the lightning and fire rune are supposed to do fire damage for the weapon?
