Artificer Expanded Toolbox Update; Generic Spells Expands to Water; Crafting marches on!

The Expanded Toolbox subclasses for the Alternate Artificer (Inventor) have some updates. These include:
Relicsmith Unveiled!
- At long last a new subclass for Inventor joins the roster, and the last one that is aiming to make it into the book. It's been tested for many months, but this is a brand new version built from previous testing feedback, and will see rapid iteration as we get through the coming Artificer updates. A Inventor that tinkers with knowledge of a different sort, they delve into the divine, manipulating its power their inventions. Some call them blasphemous, some call them the cutting edge of the devout, they shed light to the darkness.
- There are some updates slated for this already. Judgement might be tweaked. Overall, a lot of people want something like this, but not everyone is happy with the implementation, so I'm giving it more thought.
- There's more to do here. This is updated since the sneak peak on Discord, but it's just starting to enter the testing gauntlet once more :)
Runesmith updated (and mostly buffed).
- Paired effects is now default and no longer necessary as an upgrade.
- Glyphs are now all granted by a single upgrade (rather than individually). They are nifty spells but just not that OP as they still take spell slots.
- Added Duplicated Effect back (allowing you to duplicate a single Rune).
- Added Perfected Technique (allowing you to get an additional Rune).
Cursesmith overhauled
- So... this is awkward... but I sort of removed the Curse from Cursesmith. Look, I can explain. So the theme of Cursesmith is more that you wield dark sketch powers than that you necessarily need to be cursed. Sure, these things tend to go hand in hand, and in I sort of liked the Curse Die from Cursesmith for a few reasons, but always a challenge to deal with the Curse Die applying to all of your attacks when using your cool powers.
- So I removed it. In doing so, I nerfed the stronger abilities (Eldritch Eruption in particular) and than shaved off some power from some of the Cursed Paths (they now apply proficiency mod times instead of Inventor Level times).
- Helm of Madness sadly got nerfed. Some things are not meant to be. But not allows you to move and make 1 attack (down from 2 with extra attack). This makes it sort of too similar to Helm of Fangs. I may remove Helm of Fangs, still considering.
- A handful of Upgrades have been trimmed out. We'll see new ones in time, but the ones removed were viewed as too complicated or powerful. If you miss a removed upgrade, feel free to let me know and I'll see I can work back in.
Allow me to stress something I note whenever a new version comes... if you are currently playing a version and don't have problems with it, you can keep the version you are are on rather than trying to update the character to the new version.

The Alpha of Inventor will go out to Kickstarter folks probably tomorrow; the major hurdles are cleared for that.
