v0.3 Changelog
Exertion Limit. The Exertion limit has been increased, scaling to 2 at level 2 now, with that change rippling upwards.,
Maximum Exertion per Turn. This has been increased to rounding up, meaning that it goes to 2 at level 3. This means it effectively increases at to 2 at level 3, and 3 at level 5, as Indefatigable causes you to not stack the first Exertion you use.,
Gifted Origin. added, focusing on unleashing Psionic power from within.,
Victory Rush talent added.,
Fired Up talent added.,
Deep Breaths and Adrenaline Rush have been level swapped. This is because without Extra Attack Adrenaline Rush wasn't nearly as valuable, while Deep Breath is more valuable at lower levels.,
Exerted Attack changed to use the Attack action (though it is still capped at 1 attack). This means the attack can replaced with an active ability that replaces attacks now, as long as you can afford the double Exertion burn.,
Adrenaline Junkie now makes Adrenaline Rush reset on short rests as well as long rests.,
Pursuit of Endurance
Stone Stance can now be reused with Endurance.,
Pursuit of Mind
Hunter's Mind added. Gives Mind a bit more combat options.,
Cold Reader talent added.,
Polygot added.,
Talents
Boundless Steps removed due to popular dislike.,
Feats
Fleeting Steps. feat named and updated,
Team Spirit. feat named and updated.
I will update the Paragon Foundry module in the next few days. Patrons can grab there here.
I made the first post over on my new blog (of sorts): Opt-In Complexity & 5e Design. Since the interest has been fairly high and the feedback largely positive, I reckon will continue posting there, though I won't promise any schedule.
I think the next post will be next week covering dndnext's the lost plans for modular design as it transitioned from playtest to 5e, along with how and where 3rd parties could (and have) picked up the fallen torch there.
If you feel you need to read more from me, that's the place to do it. I've created a role on the Discord to get notified when they are posted, otherwise I will mention them here occasionally.
Have a good one, and, if your a patron, make sure to vote in the October Subclass poll soon! It's got 2 days left and second place is neck-and-neck!
