Anos said he would have a wish, if he defeats the Great Spirit with one attack. Which he did, so Anos told him he could wish whatever he wanted. He wished to be reincarnated in 2000, so that he would be in a World where Anos also is Alive. Anos told him, that because his Source Magic abilities aren't great he wouldn't be reincarnated with his Memories, but he answered that it wouldn't matter for him.
