The concept of the song/mv is that 'heaven is hell without you, and a hell where I am with you feels like heaven' hence the "with or without you" lyric. Also, during the shot at the beginning where the members are floating in the air, the "red and light" areas represent heaven and hell. But to match the concept, heaven is made to be in the position of hell (so like the three members who are going to heaven feel like they're in hell, hence why heaven is down where hell normally is, and vice versa) (I have no idea if this even makes sense hahahah my bad) 3. I have a personal theory that the monster is a puma (because NI-KI spoiled during the premier of the concept cinema that he is the monster, and the members recognise that as well as a duck his symbolic animal is a puma) 4. This is really interesting to me. I don't know if you noticed this, but there's this black smoke in the beginning of the MV that follows them through it. In the webtoon, NI-KI's power is the ability to control shadows, and it looks VERY similar to the smoke in the MV (this kind of just adds to my theory from earlier) 5. Imo NI-KI owned this comeback (I am VERY biased hahah, but I am obsessed with his verses. Also, HELLOOOO THE BITE???), but Jake and Sunghoon are a very close second
