I'm running into a problem...

The most attractive tiers to support at are $15 and $20, which is good - I'm not complaining that people want to support me at such a high level, but it's causing me a huge problem, a problem that will only get worse as I get more supporters. I'm currently drawing 12 pictures for people every month as part of Patreon, in addition to whatever project I decide to work on as part of the monthly Patreon promise I've made to all of you. I don't want to sound like I'm complaining, but the more people that back, the more that number is going to grow, and it's already a little out of hand - but I'm not sure what to do. I don't want to stop doing rewards, because I'm pretty sure if I just had the monthly thing, I'd lose a lot of supporters, but I can't support this model going forward, it's just too much. It'd be better if I could do raffles, but they're against Patreon's TOS, and I don't want to violate that. I've considered doing a queue - basically once you back at the tier, you get in line, and a certain number of people at the top of the list get a picture that month? that's something I could do, maybe. Do any of you have ideas? I'd love to hear your thoughts.

That could work, I guess, but Patreon was never meant to replace Commissions... It was just supposed to be something where people could support me in drawing stuff I wanted to draw, and maybe be rewarded with a little something to show my thanks.

2015-05-20 17:11:59 +0000 UTCAww, I just upped my patronage for that very reason! :( I have an idea though, maybe you could scale down your monthly projects. Instead of making a big image pack, just make one really good pic every month. Regardless of what you decide, you definitely need to do something different, because it's clearly stressing you out, and I wanna see a stress-free skunkie!
