Shifter Evil Marine
Added 2015-09-21 03:00:15 +0000 UTCThis is a quick sketch to sort of feel out how I'd do a generic marine in a fantasy/scifi setting. The gun is a little silly, but I wanted to give them a faceless look, so they're easy to disassociate, and easy to hate. I wanted them to look scifi-esque, but not TOO out of place in a mainly fantasy world.
These are the generic mooks of the group trying to make artificial shifters.

And in a setting where guns aren't widely used by your enemies, you don't have to worry about getting shot in the face! I'm glad you like the design c:

2015-09-21 08:26:34 +0000 UTCThe helmet-as-dissociation works out really well, and I always liked that kind of particular helmet design. It seems more useful, especially since the visor-esque portion looks like it allows for a great deal of visibility on the wearer's part.
