Ionatrix is something of a sympathetic shapeshifter. Her body can change to reflect the sexual desires of those around her, becoming bigger and beefier, hairier, rounder, etc, to make herself more attractive to those around her.
In the past she had finer control over this, but now it's somewhat of a shameful thing her body does when she's hot and bothered around people.
IN addition, we have Hide the Sin Ionatrix, angry Ionatrix, and Ionatrix smooshing her boobs into Nalya's head accidentally while trying to comfort her. Nalya is fiercely envious of Ionatrix's bust size.
