Carmine Moscato, the Sangiune Chirurgeon
Added 2020-08-21 20:10:22 +0000 UTCMeet Carmine Moscato, a mosquito dhampir born to a hound mother in Ustalav. Unlike most Dhampir his mother survived childbirth but became very sickly. He took up alchemy to care for her. Through experimentation he learned how much power blood can add to magic, and became an extremely talented doctor.
His mother eventually passed, leaving him with few ties to the area, so he began to wander the earth, never staying in one place for too long. He got a reputation as a weird but incredibly effective doctor and became known as the Sanguine Chirurgeon for his specialty in bloodwork.
He has a magic item of some sort that allows him to discern disease and detect poison when he drinks the blood of a creature.
Despite being a doctor, he constantly attracts worshippers of Ghlaunder, the mosquito god of filth and disease, because he's a giant mosquito that's frequently bloated with blood. He generally dislikes them, and finds ghlaunder's portfolio quite repulsive. Despite this, it's very possible that he's touched by ghlaunder.
His cane is basically the threaded cane from Bloodborne, with the added benefit that it can siphon blood from creatures he hits with the blade.
