Should I split smelly/non smelly art?

Patreon's tag system isn't robust enough to allow people to filter out tags they don't like (I don't think), so I can't tag something [Commissions][Stinky] and then tell people "if you don't want to see the stinky art, just blacklist that tag." Because I don't think you *can* blacklist a tag.
So that means I'd need to have a Commissions (Stinky) tag or a NSFW (Stinky) tag that differentiates between smelly and normal work.
Or do I just upload them in big blocks and make sure that the smelly stuff isn't the headline image?
Ugh this is stressing me out.
I don't want to make people uncomfortable, but I also don't want to make this more complicated than it needs to be.
