Thanks Elize for answering my question and the advices for anxiety. It's hard work for being 1 year off of meds and training my mind remove negative thoughts who cause anxiety issues. I appreciate your compliments, mental health matters to me ❤️ and I love this community so much . I am volunteering to my town's food bank since 2021 and that feels great to help people in need .

I make drink mixs, like French vanilla cappuccino, hot chocolate, lemonade of all flavors. Anything that goes in a cup in restaurants and gas stations. So just keeping occupied doing something different. Hope your having a good morning.

And it's true that your voice is calming, you should make a relaxation/breathing lesson podcast for us 😄 I mean, I'm in bed listening to this and now I'm feeling relaxed and ready to sleep 😂
