They were never going to let Chelsie have a strong partner. Her only way on the season was with her 60 year old Dad. They didn’t want her outshining Potato Chip. That’s why they kept Joseph/Adam around after Chelsie/Jack beat them to the Pit Stop in Ep8.

She brought her Og who probably was 30 -40 years older than everybody and still almost won . I can’t even be mad at it lol.
