December Update + Pitch Poll

We’re almost done with 2020 and I’m sure a lot of us are relieved and hanging onto the hope that next year is better, though for everything that has happened this year, I’m super grateful for all of you winning to check out and support my little comic story projects! When I started, it was simply because I was interested in storytelling and had a ton of stories I had to express somehow. The fact that people enjoy them and are willing to help make it worth continuing is just icing on the cake. So again, I want to thank you guys for everything so far!

Now then, let’s get down to business. Not long ago some of you may recall I mentioned trying out a weekend posting strategy, which seems to work. For now, there’s another big change I’d like to try: Not worrying about finishing a comic by a certain time but have it on-going until it’s at a good stopping/break point. My idea on how it would work is like this - For the most part, Omega and Beta won’t notice a big difference besides the comic full releases coming at different times. Alpha tier will get 7 panels a week a bit after Beta to allow for a bit of a buffer room, and the free censored versions of those panels will come out daily that week. The idea is that I can update Beta and Alpha on the weekends, Omega whenever during the week, and get auto scheduled posts out on DA. And once the full comic is complete, I’d still release it in it’s entirety for ya. I think this would 1) make it less stressful at the end (or start I guess) of each month, and 2) let me get more variety in the stories. It’s much easier to work on two stories concurrently when you don’t have to worry about making sure there’s a complete comic at the end of the month ha. Let me know what you guys think and all that. Colony X

An advanced starship is launched to plant a new colony on a distant planet. The colonists’ bodies are all cryogenically frozen, with their mental signals stored electronically to preserve them from any damage the cryogenic process may have caused. An issue during the trip causes a glitch in the system that awakens a colonist - in the wrong body.
