Story Poll #25

Hey look I didn't forget to post one this month! Mini-update: I'm like 15k+ words into the Victoria-Succubus story, so I'm making progress. Don't have an ETA on its release yet though. Also, for the poll this month, I think its gonna be cuck/ntr themed, because I haven't written a story like that this year haha. I think the next poll will be Halloween-themed 'cause even though it won't be out anywhere near Halloween obviously, it's still thematic haha.

Here are the options:

1. The Noisy Neighbor: A couple moves in a new apartment and everything seems perfectly normal - at least for the first few days. Then they start to hear the sounds of wild, noisy sex occurring next door regularly. One day the gf/wife goes over to confront their neighbor while the husband/bf is at work, and finds something she never expected to.

2. Futa Academy - The Transfer Student: The original idea for the "Futa Academy" series idea. When a new, odd student transfers to the Academy in the middle of the semester the Queen Bee of the school sets her sights on her. I have a version of this story idea in my head that contains it, but idk if I want to add it even if its not a huge part. So not sure about that one.

4. Pervert PI: I couldn't think of a better title atm. Woman hires a PI to find evidence her husband is cheating on her, and the PI is a futa. PI finds the husband isn't cheating, but it working hard to surprise his wife with a big gift. Decides to "reward" him for being a good person - seduces him, tells him that his wife hired her.
