August 2025 Update/AI Assisted Alterations

Hello all, I hope you have all had a wonderful August. Lets address the elephant in the room. There was a mix up with my ADHD meds. The ones I had for the end of June and most of July, made me feel like a rockstar. It was exactly what I needed. I was writing 4-5k words a day, and then when it was time to reup on my prescription, the pharmacy gave me a completely different generic ADHD medication. One that has fucked me up badly, because its effects are very different then the good ones I was taking. To make a long story short, yes this is legal and apparently common, and I have an appointment with my doctor in a week or two, and I'll hopefully be able to get this all sorted out. This is why this comm took so long to write - half of the reason why.

The other reason is that this comm is like 95k words total, meaning it is my longest by a wide margin. I was actually almost done with it before the medication mix up, which was over a week ago. That's how badly it messed me up. This was an emergency comm (had an unexpected expense pop up) so thank you to Dreixes for filling this comm slot at the very last second. It is also partially based on an original idea of mine that is based off a tweet by a popular Yugioh content creator? Its an interesting one for sure.

Now for the story:

Amir, a normal college student, finds himself needing to rely on an AI-chatbot to help with his classes. Then it starts to help him with the rest of his life. Then it starts to suggest "improvements" for his life, the changes ones he'd never even asked about. The person who told him about this program in the first place was his roommate Kareem, who seems to be unfazed by his evolution as a person, and even encourages them. How far will the AI push Amir to change?
