Podcast Update March 2025 - Trouble In The Deep

Hello everyone! I also posted this update to the Discord but I thought I'd better put it here also :)

The New Campaign

We had our first recording session of our new Mothership RPG campaign a couple of weeks ago. The campaign will be called Trouble In The Deep and will focus on the Troubleshooter faction in Gradient Descent. The goal is for it to be a sequel to our Ghosts and The Machine campaign and continue on the story from the perspective of the Troubleshooters.

Episodes 1 + 2 are both in the can and being edited currently. I am still working on the release schedule, ideally I want to have a good amount of episodes banked up before launching into a weekly podcast release. The episodes will drop on Patreon first and the public release will come at a later time.

In a slight twist it's looking like the campaign will have up to 5 players for the next session, which will be the most we've ever had in a Mothership game! We hope you like it :)

Dinoplex

We where actually due to start recording the campaign back in February but one of the guys where away so instead we played a oneshot of Dinoplex: Cataclysm by Ian Yusem.

It was a lot of fun playing a more shore leave type session so expect it to be pretty loose in tone!

Since we've just had our oneshot of Decagon release I might slot Dinoplex into a later release, maybe if we have a break in the campaign.

Discord

I have created two new channels over on the Community Discord, they are #titd-general and #dinoplex-cataclysm. These channels will be for Patrons only until they get a public release. I will drop things like audio clips and any character art here along the production process.

Misc

I will begin working on the Decagon episode 3 video for YouTube next week, hopefully I can have that done soon. It's gotten a great response so thank you all for watching and liking the video!
