patches / compatibility
because this mod only adds one head, i haven’t made separate patch files. instead, each download option below already includes the necessary compatibility built in.
YOU ONLY NEED ONE FILE
installation
drop/import with BG3 Mod Manager, drag .paks to active, save & export new load order to game
as usual, please let me know if you encounter any problems with this head so that i can fix them. thank you & enjoy!

Hey! Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the eyes... let me ask a couple questions to rule some things out so I can try to help: - Do you have an Eyes of the Beholder Preset installed along with the main mod? - Do you have the Eyes of Beholder and Unique Tav compatibility patch (available on the Unique Tav page)? - Are you certain you are using the EOTB/EOTB + UTAV version of my file? - What does your load order look like for these mods?

2025-09-30 20:50:14 +0000 UTCheeyaa, I love LADS and had to download this mod. this is the first ever mod I've downloaded. But for some reason everything except the eyes work. I have Eyes of the beholder and Unique Tav downloaded and in BG3 Mod Manager. Do you know what I could do to make then work?
