I think Tanya had some 'double pregnancy' shenanigans going on, so she's still pregnant after giving birth. Now, Kat and Liz not showing is some tomfoolery, but changing their models to show their varying pregnancy progressions would be incredibly tedious for every harem member. I would expect a time jump after the new house is built to update all the women's models.

Kat & Liz definitely should be showing since they were the first two to get creamed by the MC. Just sayin'.
