For example Nanako having a lot more gas and her poop is very hard, maybe she also has the most poop. While Wizard chan stinks a lot, super bad smell and her poop is disgusting. And Sarah is super fast, so her poop comes out super quickly. Is just an example, but I think making and describing those differences will be really hot
