Hello lovely patrons!

It has been such a time! As of yesterday, I'm officially a home owner. I can't move into the place until the 6th of September, and I have a holiday in the Netherlands at the end of this month until the 5th of September...so, straight from my holiday into a moving van. It's a very big move for me. I'm going to a city where I know exactly one person (who will thankfully introduce me to his other friends) and I am doing so while in and out of the doctors for a mysterious illness that may actually be the thing Dr. House says it never ever is. My life is this strange conglomeration of very stressful things and very exciting things.

And in between all of that! Art! Once I've finished editing a book I want to go on submission with in the fall, I'm going to take on some extra commissions. Because moving is expensive and somehow I managed to get the trifecta of paying my mortgage deposit and my mid-year taxes on the same damn day. And I need to be able to afford paint because my new flat looks like it was decorated by a teenage boy.
