A few more quality of life features while I try to improve the improved inventory.

Day skip: The option to selectively fast-forward through "default" day activities until an event triggers.
Save improvements: reduce save size/load times, allow import/export of NPC names/tints and bulk import/export of all saves.
Achievement improvements: better achievement tracking including popups and cleaner achievement migration between saves.
Additional fetish flags: option to configure synonyms more precisely, some additional fetish flag toggles
Buttplug dot io integration: option to play the game with buttplug dot io sex toy functionality
Spunk Market: Option to both buy and sell cum, with market-price fluctuations
Discussion cleanup: refactor NPC discussion (eg: Alex at the cafe) to have better cascade prioritization + not have too many items under a single topic
Scene replay: option to replay certain key scenes (without affection your current game)
