Mt. Lady after having already swallowed our two heroes Ochako and Tsuyu, shrinks back down to her normal size to hide away in an alley, her belly becoming massive from holding the two tongue tied girls, but in a dramatic twist Mt. Lady discards her disguise and reveals that she's been Toga the shape-shifter all along(!), Toga now hiding in the alley with a massive belly and torn clothes... realizes she's going to have a bit of trouble getting back to the villain head quarters with such a large belly, and decides to rest for a bit. Tsuyu begins going into the heat from the high humidity inside Toga's stomach, she jumps her belly mate and begins screwing around with a more than eager Ochako, the two girls "activities" make it impossible for Toga to rest let alone get back to the base, Toga enjoying the fucking inside her belly can no longer control her stomach and churns the two girls up quickly , horny and happy as heck... she doesn't even care she's failed the mission of retrieving the two heroes, and walks back out into the city with a hecking soft food baby and quite the enhanced booty.
