Mocap! ๐Ÿ˜Ž, Misc Dependencies for Depth, Animals

Hey everyone,

We hope you had a great week!

Just a quick update from our side today. So many things still need to be done so we keep it short.

Mocap:

We are in full swing of creating, cleaning, implementing Mocap Animations.

Just a couple of examples in Maya:

"Cocktail anyone?"

 

"What? I got "Icecream" on my face?" ๐Ÿ˜‰ 

"Over heeeeere!"

 

"Take that, sucker!" ๐Ÿค›

 

I really like the results we are getting. Very clean, no jittering, proper looping, etc. I am investing a lot of time in creating final animation quality ๐Ÿ’ช

Misc Dependencies:

We have some variables that affect your options in the game that add depth to your actions & results ๐Ÿ˜‰

For example: 

Animals:

Probably next week there is also some update about animals ๐Ÿ˜Ž We are working on WIP implementations for those.

Looks nice, but might also need re-rigging. I have to ask the coder who is implementing it if we need adjustments. Not sure at the moment

Very true! I will still have to re-rig the shark (in a horrible condition right now), but at least the models look nice. And the Crocodile even comes with nice animations, so thatยดs considered done :)

I would imagine yeah on top of all the other work you've all been doing it would be very taxing to work on animal models from scratch
