Added 2023-09-30 22:47:10 +0000 UTCHey everyone. So, just today I got a notice that my landlord is jacking up rent for my wife, myself and our five cats by 300$ a month. We've lived there since before the past two landlords and kept the place in great condition, but people want to take advantage, I guess. It sucks, but I'm not gonna just cry about it. I'm going to be trying to get more consistent on my community stories over to make support worth it. My plan is at least 2 stories a month in the two months leading to the increase, and possibly, pick it up to 3 or 4, including commissions. That's an idea at least.
