Post gay month updates
Added 2024-07-05 08:17:44 +0000 UTCHello hope you had a happy gay month. I’m currently editing the script for the next video. It’s going to be on Hamilton. this has been taking a while.
When researching for Hamilton I saw that Lin Manuel Miranda said that Sondheim (or someone else I forgot) gave the advise to not write about everything in Hamiltons life, but rather, “just write the parts that are a musical.” I need someone to tell me to “just write the parts that are a video essay.”
I’ve vomited so many words onto this document and now I just need to edit it and film it and turn it into something real and not shit.
With every passing video I’ve gotten more overwhelmed with the process even though I keep pushing myself to make it more ambitious. Yet I remain one person, no co writer, no coresearcher, editor, whateverer… and as much as I would like to have a co-something, I don’t know if I have enough to pay any co anything.
But this video is coming out on god for real for real. I’m contractually obligated 🫠 please send good vibes my way …

Something vibrates in me too when a steamroller drives past, but don't let that distract you and take your time, otherwise you'll regret it when you're as old as I am. 🤷♀️

But please remember that we don't just want cool-ass video essays; we want you to be healthy and rested. Go hard, but remember that that call is coming from inside the house, so to speak. ❤️
