This is just the start the season is just getting better and better now. I love how damon tells Liz but you my friend that's so sweet, even Damon's conversation with the elena was beautiful. Caroline is one of my favourite characters of TVD and she ruled this episode she was so badass

2023-10-25 07:03:53 +0000 UTCFor me, one of the best highlights of Season 2 is Caroline's journey. This episode showed us much of that today. Her growing control of her vampiric powers, her conflict with not only Katherine's threats but also with her own mother. It's a compelling story arc even in this fledgling stage, and already my admiration for this troubled character increases, as she struggles to learn how to mature even though she will no longer age. Have you ever watched True Blood? A dark and compelling vampire series without the teenage angst. One thing I think I love about vampires is the wealth of difference in all the lore that's out there. If they were actually real, we humans wouldn't have a clue what is true about and what isn't, LOL. There is also a humorous horror-comedy mockumentary about vampires called What We Do in the Shadows. While I didn't care much for the movie, I do love the series.
