Hey hey~
With the release of v0.05, I've decided it was time for a few changes to the way I release updates for Lewd Falls.
This is something that I was considering since v0.04, and now after v0.05 taking too long to be released, I knew I had to act on it.
There was a lot of reasons for v0.05's longer development time, such as:
Me trying to learn more and improve my art even further (more detailed characters, better animations, better backgrounds...)
The new Gallery/Shop system took a good amount of time to be made and to make sure they were working properly
Having to resize all the scenes and go through all the dialogues to fix misaligned busts or messages due to the increase of the game's resolution
Less time to work on the update due to personal reasons
And this is the Reason #1 for these changes, I really don't want this long gap between updates to happen again.
Reason #2 is the amount of girls that don't have anything new since v0.01 ~ v0.03.
The way I've been doing updates until now I had to try to balance the content of the new girls and also come up with new content for some of the current girls.
This was getting out of hand as some girls would be left out without anything new for multiple updates and was causing updates to take longer in order to ensure the quality of all the new scenes.
Reason #2.5? is that I want to "rename" the way the updates are released, as I felt "v0.05" gives a false impression that the game barely have any content due to the two zeros featured on it.
So when the public version of "v0.05" is released, it will be renamed to v0.5 and will follow this logic going forwards.
(And yes, after we reach v0.9, the next updates will be v0.10, v0.11... we are a long way from v1.0)
Reason #3 is that after v0.5, I don't have any plans on adding new systems to the game until we move to Unity, only new scenes, characters and events.
So although the updates might feel "smaller" now, this will help me organize better and bring new updates faster, ensuring the quality of everything and giving me more time to work on the Unity's version of the game.
So to properly demonstrate my idea, I've came up with this presentation:

Few extra notes that I decided not to put on the image:
The old roadmap will still be followed and updated.
The updates will now be divided internally as Lusty updates (v0.5.2, v0.5.4...) and Story updates (v0.6, v0.7)
New characters will now only be added on story updates and will not always come with multiple scenes (eg: Hinata on v0.5)
Story Updates will focus on progressing the main story, with the possibility of featuring multiple new girls; and new scenes will feature the girls involved in the story at the time.
Lusty Updates will focus on adding new content for the two featured girls at the time.
Exceptions can be made but I will try not to deviate from these rules too much for my own sake

Please note that these changes are not 100% final yet, I would love to hear everyone's opinions on it, any suggestions are welcome and I will try to respond to all of them.
