Poff and Evan Winter Coziness (Dec BP Tier)

Hello there! I hope those of you living in states that get real cold during the winter are staying warm! I've been trying to do such lately but I remain weak to the warmth that comes with ac/heating lol (I blame it on my anti-depressants screwing with my ability to regulate my body temp)

Anyways, happy holidays! I don't exactly celebrate things for religious purposes but I still would like to wish people good tidings :) And if the holiday season isn't your favorite, I also would like to wish peace and comfort. Holiday seasons are difficult for some and that's okay, and its okay to not be super duper happy about holidays either. Instead, I use as a time of reflection (albeit, i hope yalls reflections/thoughts are a lot less existential than mine haha). Nevertheless, remember above all else to take care of yourself and your mental wellbeing.

Alrighty, yall are probably sick of my preaching so I'll get onto the drawing.

I wanted to draw something very poff and evan-centric! In the process I got really nostalgic over a movie I'd watch every year on VHS until the VHS would become obsolete (It was Barbie and the Nutcracker). I dunno, the Nutcracker ballet has a special place in my heart in general just because I grew up watching ballet shows/ice skating, my parents even enrolled me in dancing and ice skating. Never quite got great at it but I know enough to not fall on my ass lol. So I channeled a bunch of my nostalgia and love of comfy cozy settings during the wintertime to something with my most wholesome couple.

Interpretation is open but I'd like to imagine Poff intentionally inflated himself and made sure to have a ribbon around his wrist for easy retrieval/security. Evan very much likes both ideas. Surprisingly I think this is the first time I ever drew Evan with a sparkle/light in his eyes, they usually look so deadpan so this was a delightful change!

I wanted to test out some new effects brushes (hehe thank you csp assets!) and play around with how the canvas would be filled. Think kinda like one of those cozy cards you'd receive from a friend. I hope the cozy vibes make it clear and if you read this far, tell me what your favorite cozy drink is :) Mine is constant comment black tea, or raspberry tea with plenty of honey/sugar >:)
