v0.15.1 hotfix and some minor improvements

Here are some hotfixes and minor improvements for the last version, featuring an improved map, and the ability to change new game settings at every point:
-You can revisit the pirate world and repeat brothel and pirate battle (to earn money)
-There is a new menu in the pause UI that let's change "new game settings"
-Map is now 3D
-Show private areas on map (where you can have sex)
-You have the option to skip some long early game dialogues with dialogues options
-new palm trees in town
-fixed lost mouse after openworld sex
-fixed not being able to change characters in the adult sandbox
-fixed futa model D glitching
-Many minor bug fixes
