Here are some answers to questions you might have :)
Q: What will this mean for Monolith Bay?
A: Short answer, nothing. To go into more detail, we have been working on both projects parallel since over a year now. It is standard procedure in game development to always work on 2 titles at once, so you don't stand there with years off nothing new after one title finishes. So expect everything to stay the same and much more new monthly content coming to Monolith Bay!
Q: Why another Patreon?
A: The games are very different, gameplay and graphics wise. Fitting both on one Patreon page would have been a mess. Also we want patrons to be able to decide which project they want to support.
Q: Is this game like Monolith Bay?
A: You will find some parallels like the character creator and sharing of character saves as png images. But generally they are very different, Home Together aims at much more realistic graphics. Also currently it has no story and is mostly an adult sandbox due to being early in development.

Knowing it's an early WIP I am pretty happy with it so far; it's not fair to nitpick details on an early product as such, but if character interaction / story could be implemented and have more unique experiences from discreet characters I could see myself following this release for a little while. I also accept Team Monolith's explanation for the separate Patreon pages, but seriously an option to just fund Team Monolith as a single entity would have been preferred.
