<div ><div><span class="text">Gosic, The blinking is a bug caused by having something tracked on the map (quest, mark, etc..) the pulse that the tracked item produces is what is making the icons blink.</span></div><div></div></div>

If so it would be nice to have a toggle to turn it off/on, and more importantly speed up blinking(shouldnt be off as long as its on)</span></div></div>
