Happy February, pals! Who's ready for some fun with paddles?

Let's get right to it! For our first offering, we've got a fic which may become part of an ongoing series, featuring Lobo from DC comics hunting down various superheroes and punishing them at the behest of a mysterious employer. Can any hero evade the Main Man's lap, or keep their tights from being humiliatingly peeled off? First up is Green Lantern's resident gruff 'n tough drill sergeant, Kilowog!

Next we have another fic set in the world of Avengers ASSemble. That's right, more AA! Even after finishing the last chapter, Hiran and I knew we'd return shortly there for more fun. After all, we'd basically made our own spank-happy version of the Marvel universe. This particular chapter is made from bits and bobs we'd originally wrote each other just for fun during the "main" RP to take place sometime after the end, along with new material intended to finish certain character arcs. We tried to hit all the main players, but in a work as sprawling as Avengers ASSemble became there's always going to be some left out. Don't be surprised if we return periodically to check in on these heroes and their bare-bottomed hijinks.

Lastly is a fic that means a great deal to me personally, but will require some backstory. Growing up, I found it very difficult to find porny writings that "spoke" to me (one reason I became a writer myself was to fill that void). One website I frequented during those years was Jimka's Spanking Archive, which would later become Malespank.net. There I discovered a writer named Hazer, whose work really did it for me for the first time. Tales of dumb, straight(?), bubble-butted frat boys and the humiliating pledge games they had to take part in. Silly as they were, those stories likely changed the trajectory of my life and helped make me into the person I am today (as well as bestowed roughly half my kinks on me)

Well, long story short I re-discovered Hazer's work some time ago on Devianart, now under the name Jasereraser. Not only were his old stories posted there, but new ones as well. One in particular really caught my eye, "Captor's Sidekick". However, it ended abruptly right at what sounded like the hottest part (the Indoor Hunt, where a group of men hunt each other through a mansion to tie each other up). After messaging back and forth with some ideas, a flattered Jasereraser asked me straight out if I wouldn't mind writing the next chapter myself as a collaboration. And so I have! In addition to editing the previous four chapters, I've written two new ones to fill in the next part of the story. It was a real treat to work with one of my kink-writing idols, and it's possible more collabs will take place in the future.

And that's about it for now! I've found a pretty good clip when it comes to writing, so now it's up to me to keep at it.
