This is a very interesting period -- we've got well-known stuff such as Pac-Mania, Starblade, Rolling Thunder, Final Lap and the like, but there's a whole load of lesser known yet excellent titles that never left Japan, the technical progression with more and more scaler and 3D games...oh, and the small matter of Galaxian 3.
