Alright im playing catch-up with your reaction to this series and when that episode 11 ended the way it did way back in the day, it MADE ME read the manga. I could NOT wait another week for the anime. I was hooked, i was swayed. i was persuaded. i had to know. i NEEDED to know. the anime had me wrapped in its tiny little fingers. it won. it did its job.
