🎨 ご依頼に関するガイドライン / Request Guidelines

supprot planにてご依頼の際は、以下の注意事項を必ずご確認の上、同意いただける方のみお申し込みください。
Please read the following guidelines carefully before placing your request. By submitting a request, you agree to these terms.

1. AIによる作成について / About AI-generated Content

本サービスではAIを用いて作品を制作しております。
その性質上、細かな指定・描写・イメージの完全な再現が難しい場合がございます。
精一杯対応いたしますが、完璧な再現を保証することはできません。
This service uses AI to generate artwork.
Due to the nature of AI, it may be difficult to fully reproduce highly specific or detailed requests.
We will do our best, but perfect accuracy cannot be guaranteed.

2. R-18Gのリクエストについて / R-18G Content Requests

グロテスク描写を含むR-18G作品のご依頼は一切お受けできません。
Requests that include grotesque or extreme R-18G content will not be accepted under any circumstances.

3. 投稿に関して / About Publication

ご依頼いただいた作品は、normal planを含む他のプランでも公開させていただく場合があります。
非公開や限定公開をご希望の場合は、必ず事前にお知らせください。
Requested works may be posted publicly, including under the "normal plan" or other plans.
If you would like your request to remain private or have specific publishing restrictions, please let us know in advance.

4. リクエストの回数について / Number of Requests per Payment

1回のお支払いにつき、原則として1リクエストまでの対応とさせていただきます。
内容によっては個別にご相談可能です。
In principle, one payment allows for one request.
Additional requests or variations may require a separate fee. Please consult if needed.

5. 禁止事項 / Prohibited Content

以下に該当する内容のご依頼はお断りさせていただきます。
We do not accept requests that include any of the following:

• 法律や公序良俗に反する内容
  Content that violates laws or public morals

• 実在の個人・団体を誹謗中傷する内容
  Defamatory content targeting real individuals or groups

• 無断転載・トレース・著作権侵害につながる内容
  Content involving plagiarism or copyright infringement

• 他者の作品を模倣することを目的とした依頼
  Requests made to copy or mimic other creators' works

• 暴力・差別的・反社会的な表現
  Violent, discriminatory, or anti-social expressions

• その他、制作者が不適切と判断した内容
  Any other content deemed inappropriate by the creator

6. キャンセル・返金について / Cancellations and Refunds

• 制作開始前（ヒアリング段階）であればキャンセル可能です。
  Cancellation is possible before production begins (during the consultation stage).

• 特別な事情によりキャンセルをご希望の場合、進行状況に応じて*キャンセル料（最大で全額）*が発生することがあります。
  If cancellation is absolutely necessary, a cancellation fee (up to 100%) may apply depending on the progress.

• 制作者側の都合によるキャンセル（技術的トラブル等）の場合は、全額返金または別途ご相談させていただきます。
  In case the creator cancels due to technical issues or other unavoidable reasons, a full refund or other appropriate solution will be offered.
