What's nice is that the newest Kamen Rider that started this year Zeztz with the partnership of Toei and Shout Factory they are bringing full new episodes every week subbed streaming on YouTube since they sorta realized that they have a market for Kamen Rider outside of Japan so maybe if you're looking to do reactions to the live action shows Zeztz could be an option or something to look into? TokuSHOUTsu also has full episodes of shows they have the rights to distribute on YouTube as well Like OG Kamen Rider, Kuuga, Ryuki, 01, Geats, and Zeztz so if you were wanting to watch shows on your own or do reactions they have those episodes on YouTube as well.

Shiro Kazami witnessed a murder by the criminal organization, Destron, so he was marked as an objective. Being forced to watch one of their monsters kill his whole family first before being killed himself. He was saved by Kamen Rider #1 and his partner Kamen Rider #2. Swearing revenge against Destron, he was modified by the Double Riders, Kamen Rider #1 and Kamen Rider #2 after he sustained heavy injuries saving their lives. Shiro inherited Kamen Rider #1's skills and Kamen Rider #2's power. Shiro was reborn as Kamen Rider V3. Shiro Kazami was also played by Hrioshi Miyauchi who had a very small cameo back in episode 2 of the anime. The monster that you saw was Bat-Man from episode 2 of the original Kamen Rider show from 1971.
