There is a new video in progress, with a halloween theme, I don't want to spoil too much but it will be a halloween with a big belly expansion heheh, here are some conceptual images from the next video, as soon as I have actual images from the video, I'll post some sneak peeks, have a good day with good emotions, greetings! :D

yep AI helped me lol, sorry I think it was more like the image itself I used, in addition to text2img, also there is a img2img tab that lets you use your own image to create a new image, I just did a basic 3d render in poser with a inflated girl in that pose, and ran it through the AI, with a simple prompt "photo of a girl with big belly and big breasts" and got this, but the images that the AI outputs need a bit of editing to look good, hopefully in the future I hope outputs are 100% good without editing, oh almost forgot to get results like this the most important thing is to find a ckpt file trained with nsfw images, plenty of them out there in google heheh, well hope this answers your question, greetings ! :D
